Flat Customs Brokerage Fees
Many customs brokers are known to add additional fees such as line fees, EDI fees, OGD fees, CFIA fees, PARS fee and the list goes on. Not us! We charge a flat brokerage fee based on the value of the shipment and that’s it. No extra fees. On your customs brokerage invoice, you will see a flat customs brokerage fee, taxes and duties (if applicable).
We have the ability to clear UPS/FedEx packages as well as truck, air and ocean shipments.

Contact our office and one of our Certified Customs Specialists will email you the forms you will need to complete. One form will be an account set up form and the other will be a broker update form. The broker update form will be faxed to UPS’s and/or FedEx’s data maintenance departments so they can update their records to show us as your customs broker. Therefore, when a shipment is shipped from your U.S. or overseas suppliers, UPS will automatically know which customs broker to forward the clearance request to. We will take care of the customs clearance and UPS will deliver the package.
