Frequently Asked Questions
Can I not clear my UPS/FedEx package myself?
Yes, of course you can. If you have a couple of hours, a car, are able to take time off work and deal with customs during business hours. Then sure, why not?
Generally, people who contact us and use our services find it is not worth taking time off work and spending a few hours to save $25.00. They would rather let the professionals handle it for them.
When do I have to update the courier (UPS/FedEx) that I would like to use your customs brokerage services instead of their in-house customs clearance services?
Generally, it is best to update UPS/FedEx that you would like to use your own customs broker as soon as you receive the tracking number.
I frequently import products from the U.S. shipped via UPS. Is there a way to set up an account?
Certainly. Contact us and one of our certified customs specialist will be glad to assist you.
